Day/Month of Coordination services

($1000 onwards)

This package works really well for couples who have completed a big portion of their planning and have a good idea of what their vision is for their wedding. We will pull all the details together so you and your loved ones are stress free while your vision comes to life. We'd advise getting in touch with us at least 1 month prior to the wedding day.

This package includes but is not limited to:

  • Initial consultation at least 1 month prior to the wedding.
  • A detailed timeline of the wedding day events.
  • Unlimited meetings from the initial consultation to the wedding day.
  • Point of contact for all vendors.
  • On site direction of wedding for a maximum of 12 hours.
  • Supervision of full wedding set up.
  • Troubleshooting any last minute emergencies that may arise during the event.

Partial Planning services

($1500 onwards)

This package is for couples who do not require full wedding planning services and are coming to us midway through the planning process. Planning becomes stressful some months before, which is exactly when we step in to assist with all that is left on your to-do-list.

This package includes but is not limited to:

  • Initial consultation at least 3 months prior to the wedding.
  • Vendor design, sourcing and planning for up to three vendors.
  • A detailed timeline of the wedding day events.
  • Unlimited meetings from the initial consultation to the wedding day.
  • Point of contact for all vendors.
  • On site direction of wedding for a maximum of 12 hours.
  • Supervision of full wedding set up.
  • Troubleshooting any last minute emergencies that may arise during the event.

Other Event Planning and Coordination services

($600 onwards)

This package is for the planning and execution of events such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, baptisms, communions, corporate events and more.

This package includes but is not limited to:

  • Initial consultation at least 1 month prior to the event.
  • Unlimited meetings from the initial consultation to the event day.
  • Point of contact for all vendors.
  • On site direction of the event for a maximum of 6 hours.
  • Supervision of full event set up.
  • Troubleshooting any last minute emergencies that may arise during the event.
